On May 18 was signed an agreement between Transparency International Spain and the Association of Civil Engineers, by which both institutions are committed to work together in promoting transparency and for ethical behavior. The agreement was signed by John A. Santamera, President of the College of Civil Engineering and Jesús Lizcano, President of Transparency International Spain.
