TI-Spain sent to Government its recommendations on the Draft of Law on Transparency

TI-Spain has prepared a document with a set of recommendations on the draft of Transparency Law, and has been referred to the Vice President of the Government for improving and resolve the various limitations of the regulatory text in the corresponding parliamentary approval process.
