One of the commitments made by the General Council of the Judiciary within the agreement between this institution and TI-Spain was the realization of a comprehensive national survey to all judges or magistrates in active service on various characteristics and needs of their activity, as well as a specific projection of the survey on issues relating to criminal jurisdictional order. The CGPC has fulfilled this commitment and has published this Survey in two versions, we collect below:
