Transparency International Spain (TI-E) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) signed on 22 December a Framework Collaboration Agreement that includes a wide range of activities of common interest in which both entities will collaborate in the next three years. The Agreement has been signed by Juan Ávila, Secretary General of the FEMP, and Jesús Lizcano, President of TI-Spain.
